Multiple Addresses
If you are using our Corporate Order Discount Program, you will receive Free Shipping to one address in the continental US. If you need to ship your corporate orders to multiple addresses, we will accommodate your request for a nominal fee of $9 per package. If you are purchasing items at full price, the shipping and gift wrapping are free of charge.
You can send us a list of addresses via e-mail, fax or overnight mail. When filling out an order form, please enter "will send list" in the Comments area. Our fax number is (614) 430-8728 and letters can be sent overnight to Orrefors/CAI Inc., 6185-K Huntley Rd, Columbus, Ohio 43229.
Tracking Numbers
We will provide you with either UPS or Fedex tracking number for each package in your order. You can track the packages on our tracking page.
Gift Cards
We will gladly print and attach a Gift Message with your personalized message to any order. You can also send us your Gift Cards or letters to be enclosed with the gifts. Please make sure that each person's name is clearly marked on the cards if they are not the same for all packages. Letters can be sent overnight to Orrefors/orrefors.us, 6185-K Huntley Rd, Columbus, Ohio 43229.
Gift Wrapping
We will gift wrap free of charge all your gift selections. We use a neutral, high quality white embossed paper. During the Christmas Season we can wrap your selection in our seasonal paper. The paper selection can be made on our Order Form. If there are particular requests, we are able to obtain any desired style of gift wrapping paper for a small charge. If you are using one of our discounted corporate order coupons, there will be a nominal charge of $4.95 per package for gift wrapping.
Payment Options
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover credit cards, as well as corporate checks for larger orders. To place an order that will be paid by corporate check, please place your order over the phone with a customer representative at 1-800-999-0655 x2. You can then mail your check with your order number on it to Orrefors/orrefors.us, 6185-K Huntley Rd, Columbus, OH 43229.
Engraving
We are able to engrave any piece we currently offer. We can engrave your company logo and appropriate message according to your instructions. Please visit our Engraving page for more information on these services. Engraving services are not eligible for discount.

We pride ourselves on accuracy and you can rest assured that your order is in good hands. We will automatically check every ZIP code to assure the prompt delivery of your package.
