SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY

• In the normal course of business, UPS will deliver most packages without obtaining a signature - regardless of whether the shipment is our Free Ground Service or any of the Premium Air Services. As crystal gifts are of considerable value, we offer the UPS option to obtain a signature, therefore delivering your selection to your recipients hands - guaranteed! This special service is an additional charge of $9, and UPS will make repeated attempts until the recipient signs for the shipment.

• We offer Premium Shipping Air Services: Next Day Air, Second Day Air and Third Day Select
• Please note that UPS and FedEx do not deliver on weekends or Holidays.
